Glittering Sparkly Computerized Fun

Photobucket

I was just talking to my mom who mentioned this photo. How funny!
This is how we wedding plan! This was in January right after Annie and Jake got engaged.

My sister's are so fun!
Gench too! Even though she doesn't have a laptop :).

They are the funniest people I know... well, they are and both my bothers. All are hillarious!

Maybe I just think that cause we all have the same sense of humor. We get each other.
I love my sisters ~ Gen I'm going to have to post a glittering sparkly photo of you one of these days~ I know you'll fight me but watch out! Speaking of glittering sparkly stuff, my bothers are just as cool and just as fun.
Awww!
I'm so lucky to have all these guys! Lucky to be part of them!
I adore every single one.

Advertising To DYE For

Next time you're standing in line at the grocery store pick up the April issue of Creating Keepsakes and turn to page 13. Those creative geniuses at Doodlebug Design picked a photo of Ayla for their Easter layout and Ad.
While we're on the subject go check out their other ads (click on the three advertising links) created by Tonya. They are UNREAL!!! This lady is so incredibly creative and talented! She makes all of these things out of PAPER! I can't imagine her patience level...
Have I mentioned how much I love it when they use pictures of my girls?

I do... very, very much!

Thanks Doodlebug Ladies!!!

You Snooze You Loose Sister!

On St. Patrick's Day Eve we each leave a shoe by the door for the Leprachaun to fill with chocolate gold coins when he stops by in the middle of the night.

Tayvie was awake about three hours before Ayla was so she had ample time to find her shoe and the treasure inside, before Ayla woke up.

The Leprachaun had gold coins just last week but somehow misplaced them, so he left Smarties and large dollar coins this year.

She took out the spoils and went straight to putting her shoe on... when that didn't work she begged me to put it on for her.
Then she did laps happily with her shoes on. Then she returned to the candy and her sister's shoe to find out what it had in it. (Have I ever mentioned Tayvie's obsession with shoes? She is truely crazy about shoes.)
Finally, when Ayla woke up she was so excited to see if the Leprachaun had come, she ran over to her shoe and pulled out the candy and coins and was as happy as could be.

Happy St. Patrick's Day everybody!

Ten in the a.m. yesterday

Ayla, who was thought to be sleeping off day light savings time, and Tayvie, who does not believe in day light savings time, down for her nap in her room, from down stairs I heard "AY-la... AY-la" Ayla woke up and was peaking in at Tayvie, who was so excited to see her sister. Cutest Sisters.

Seconds after Ayla woke up:
Ayla's feet running into her room "Mom! I need Go Dog Go to read to Tayb!"...and then ... "Do you like my hat? Noooooooo."

Shortly after: "Taybie was sounding like a pig when I tickled her." My favorite of the day

"Hey!!! Look at what my eyebrows do!"
"The toothbrushes are being Annie and Dake (Jake)... maybe me and Taybie can get married like Annie and Dake!"

He's HIRED!!!!

Last Thursday Tony sent his resume to a company called Fluid Power Safety Institute a long with a few other companies, then we went to Salt Lake to pass out some more resumes. When we got home Tony checked his e-mail and had a message from the owner of this company that said he needed to meet with him. So Tony immediately called him back and Mr. M wanted to meet with him right away. So Tony headed straight over there, he spent about three hours talking with Mr. M and touring the building and meeting the other ten employees. He went back the next day to meet one person he hadn't met and spent another hour there. Mr. M told him he was so impressed with Tony's resume and his experience and he was definately the guy that he wanted, but he had to work out some details. Tony talked to him several times on the phone through out the week expecting a formal job offer, each time he was told he was definately the guy but he had to work somethings out. Finally this morning at 11 o'clock Mr. M said "You're HIRED!"

We are so excited about this! It's a small company that's been extremely successful for 25 years. They do hydrolics (How excited is Tony about this?) and they want to branch out into electro-hydrolics, which is why they want Tony! He will basically supervise the crew and design and impliment electronics into their systems. This will be really exciting, fun, and a great challenge for Tony. I really don't think I could think of a better opportunity for him, I think he's going to love it.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a list a mile long of things I told myself I was going to buy when Tony got a job.

These Girlies

Any chance she gets, Ayla grabs a pen and starts writting her letters. She loves to make what she calls "invitations." She sent this letter to her little cousin Hailey, she wrote Hailey's name and her own name and told me what to write in the letter. A couple weeks ago, I wrote Tayvie, Mom, & Dad on a paper so she could copy them, a few days after that as she was delivering her "mail" to Tony and me, we noticed she had written DAD & MOM on our letters along with her own name. I thought she possibly had kept the paper I wrote them on, but she hadn't, she just remembered.
Tayvie-Tayve walks around here all day saying "AYLA." She probably says Ayla a thousand times a day! She is the cutest little thing. She is so funny! Her smile just kills us, she has the biggest grin, and giggles at us a lot. She is just so fun to watch. She got a taste of outside with the recent warmer weather and she's crazy about it. She just wants to be outside all the time. Everything still goes in her mouth, in these pictures the first one she's eating snow and the second she's eating dirt!
