The other night Ayla and I made Chicken Enchilladas in homemade tortillas.
They got RAVE reviews from our number one (and only) critic.
In fact, he said it was one of his favorite meals ever
(must have been my little helpers magic touch)!
She helped with everything. Cutting up the olives (with the egg slicer- not a knife). Rolling out the tortillas. Putting the cheese on. She was there every step of the way.

ReplyDeleteLooks SO good. I need your homemade tortilla recipe, cuz I have tried a few and CANNOT find one that works....or maybe it is just me......anyway, must have your recipe :) Of course, without Ayla, it just might not be as good as it looks :)
